Owners & Trainers Suite/Paddock Box
On the ground floor and overlooking the parade ring the Owners and Trainers and Paddock box Suite provides a great backdrop for smaller meetings and receptions.
Joined together by a private landing with en-suite facilities these two room are decorated by Brighton’s racing history which brings character to any event.
Owners and trainers suite has its own private bar, ramped disabled access, built in LCD screen, natural light, and en-suite facilities. The paddock box has its own private entrance and built in LCD screen.

Queens Park/Pavilion
These free standing suites overlooking the premier lawns on the ground and 1st floor offer the space for anything from meetings, team building events, receptions and seminars.
Both rooms have their own private entrance and bar area and Queens Park (ground floor) has the flexibility to be divided into two rooms separate meeting rooms if required.

Situated on the 3rd floor of the main Grandstand our modern Executive boxes are perfect for smaller boardroom meetings.
