We understand that every company has different needs and we tailor meetings and conferences to your priorities. We believe in providing an inspirational venue, food for thought and the personal touches to make your event unforgettable.
Our DDR packages include the projector screen, delegate stationery, flipcharts, plasma TV, as well as main meeting-room hire.
We don’t believe in hidden costs – that’s why your delegates can also park for free when you hold an event at Brighton Racecourse. A saving of at least £15 per delegate, per day!
The packages, which are for a minimum of 15 delegates, include:
Premier Delegate
32.50 per person
- Registration tea, coffee and a selection of mini-pastries
- Mid-morning tea and coffee
- Our finest finger-buffet lunch and desserts and tea, coffee and soft drinks
- Afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits
- Iced water and mints available throughout the day
Executive Delegate
42.50 per person
- Registration tea, coffee and a selection of mini-pastries
- Mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits
- A two-course, hot or cold buffet lunch including tea, coffee and biscuits
- Afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits
- Iced water and mints available throughout the day
