Positioned on the ground floor opposite the Winning Post. You can almost touch the horses as they thunder over the finishing line. You can’t get any closer to the action than this!

The Marina Suite

Positioned on the first floor above the Winning Post Suite providing unrestricted views of the Downs, the sea and Brighton Marina. This suite also provides superb views of the Parade Ring and Winners’ Enclosure.

The Sussex Suite

Positioned on the first floor on top of the Winning Post Suite providing excellent views down the track. This is the perfect viewing box for any racing enthusiast!

The Pavilion Suite

Positioned on the first floor, overlooking the track, Premier Enclosure Lawn, Parade Ring and Winners’ Enclosure, providing a unique view of the racing action before, during and after each race!

The Queen’s Park Suites

Positioned on the ground floor, also overlooking the track, Premier Enclosure Lawn, Parade Ring and Winners’ Enclosure, providing a unique view of the racing action before, during and after each race!

These versatile suites can also be used individually to accommodate 20 people each, or can be combined as one to accommodate 50 people.

The Prince Regent Suite

This second-floor suite opens out on to the upper level terrace of the main grandstand providing excellent trackside viewing for larger groups.

Capacity: Up to 160 guests

Trackside Executive Suites (Nos. 1-7)

Positioned on the second floor of the Premier Enclosure, these seven suites provide an excellent view of the racing action and also a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the Sussex Downs from their private balconies. These versatile suites can be used individually or combined to accommodate small to medium-sized groups.

Capacity: 20-30 guests

The Channel Suite

Positioned on the first floor, this suite provides wonderful views of the Parade Ring and Winners’ Enclosure, plus the seafront and English Channel. This is the ideal suite to soak up the atmosphere of the horses parading before racing and the excitement of the presentations to the winners afterwards.

Capacity: Up to 20 guests

The Paddock Box

Positioned adjacent to the Owners & Trainers’ Bar, this box has a private terrace and outdoor seating area to the front of the suite, making it an excellent location for soaking up the summer sun and giving a real sense of being “at the races”.

Capacity: Up to 40 guests

Marquees

We can provide marquees for larger parties of up to 200 guests by the Parade Ring or, alternatively, with trackside viewing adjacent to the main grandstand for up to 700 guests.
