Whether you are organising a meeting for two company directors, an annual general meeting for 200 shareholders, a conference for 600 delegates, or a fun day for thousands of employees and their families, we will work with you to make your event a success.
We have hosted corporate parties for in excess of twelve hundred guests. Our events team create fantastic party ideas and can organise everything from theming and entertainment to cocktails and catering and even transport and accommodation. We are experts at turning your dreams into your guests’ reality.
It is, of course, possible to make use of our twenty-three acres of outdoor space. Previous clients have enjoyed barbecues on the Premier Lawn, launched a fleet of tuctucs (motorised rickshaws) in our Parade Ring, held team building events in our enclosed car parks, abseiled down the side of the grandstand and much more.
We also have a luxury marquee available for dates in June, July and August. Whether you are looking for a venue for a dinner dance, a staff awards ceremony or a product lunch, this fully draped and carpeted marquee resplendent with chandeliers and equipped with a range of audio-visual equipment is a fantastic facility.
The marquee has a separate lawn area and many clients choose to start their marquee event with a drinks reception and live music as the sun sets over the city.
Another option is to combine a pre-race event in the morning with an afternoon of racing hospitality. We cannot guarantee that every guest will be a winner – but we can promise that your company or organisation will be.
