Brighton Racecourse is one of the most exciting, vibrant, tracks in the South of England and with its fantastic location; our seaside course is a perfect, versatile venue, for a day out with corporate clients, friends or family.
Such has been the popularity of the course in recent years, Brighton Racecourse will have 22 fixtures in 2017 (run from April to October). Commencing with our season opener on Saturday April 15th , Gentlemen’s Day on Friday June 9th, our popular three-day August Festival of Racing runs from Wednesday 9th, 10th and 11th highlighted by John Smith’s Raceday and Frost Ladies Day, CheckaTrade Festival Finale and of course we will see the return of our Family Fun Raceday at the end of that month!
Brighton Racecourse, an undulating, left-handed, horseshoe shaped course of one mile four furlongs in length, which hosts flat racing from April until October. The mile four start is the lowest point of the course with the Winning Post being the highest. There is an uphill climb from two furlongs out. A big screen TV is at all meetings for viewing.
There is no strong evidence of a regular draw advantage at Brighton.

A courtesy bus service operates from Brighton Station to the course from approximately 2 hours prior to the first race. The bus operates from Stop H approximately 100 yards south of the station (at the top of Queens Road). Timetable for afternoon meetings is 11:45 then every half an hour until 13:45.
