The Grandstand Hall

This is our largest indoor event space and is located on the ground floor. The suite’s main entrance includes a separate reception area and has two additional trackside access points with large folding doors and additional ramps for easy unloading. For large scale set ups the space will accommodate articulated vehicles if required.

The Premier Hall

The Premier Hall is adjacent to the Grandstand Hall and can be used in conjunction as additional space for larger events and shows, or separately for large conferences, dinners and parties. It is a versatile ground floor space with separate reception area and two additional access points. The hall leads out on to our Premier Lawn which is the perfect space for parties, team building events and any other outdoor activities with a view over the coastline

Silks Suite

Silks is on the second floor and is one of the Racecourse’s most popular suites due to its panoramic views over Brighton, the South Downs and the coastline. It has a modern bar, plenty of natural daylight and a private rooftop terrace.

Winning Post

Our Winning Post suite, aptly named after the racetrack’s ‘winning post’ situated in direct sight of the suite, is one of our most popular spaces for meetings and smaller parties. With five steps up to the room, it has magnificent views over our racetrack and the marina.

Located on the ground floor, the walls of this intimate space for up to 20 people are adorned with racing memorabilia from the archive which are always a good talking point. Located beside the Owners & Trainers bar this also has its own private toilet facilities

Whether you’re looking for a small meeting space or an additional breakout room, this first floor suite provides the perfect option. Includes stunning views and plenty of natural daylight.

Outside, our Market Site provides a mix of hard standing and grass for markets and car boot sales while our green Silver Ring and Premier Lawns are ideal for summer parties, large picnics and more.

Brighton Racecourse is easy to reach from the A27 Brighton bypass. From the A23, go east on the A27. Head for signs directing you to Sussex University and take the B2123 to Woodingdean, turn right at the traffic lights and the Racecourse is approximately one mile on your left-hand side.
