We thank all owners who choose to run their horses at Brighton Racecourse for their support and we are committed to providing owners and trainers with a fantastic experience when they have a runner at the racecourse.
Alongside a dedicated Owners and Trainers facility, we also offer eight complimentary Owners badges per runner with a delicious complimentary buffet meal.
We also provide an up-to-date Going Report which can be found through Turftrax
Owners Arrangements
We offer two options for Owners’ Badges as follows;
Option A – Owners can request in advance a maximum 8 owners’ badges offering access to the private owners’ hospitality areas. Please register via the PASS system no later than 16:00 the day before racing at www.rcapass.com If you do not have access to the PASS System or need any assistance in its use, please contact the PASS Helpdesk on 01933 270333 or pass@weatherbys.co.uk.
Option B – Any Owner, Syndicate and Shared Ownership who would like to bring more guests or members can request x20 complimentary Syndicate Badges with access to the Syndicates Lounge offering complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits with a pay bar and light food offer. Please note Syndicate Badges do not gain access to Owners & Trainers facilities. Syndicates will also be issued with up to 8 wristbands to gain access to the Parade Ring (Syndicate Badges do not gain access to this area).
To request this option please contact us directly by emailing syndicates@brighton-racecourse.co.uk or calling Sam Bridle, Owners’ Relationship Manager on 07584 495 069 with the name of your horse, time of your race, with a full list of names you wish to attend no later than 16:00 the day before racing. Please also clearly note the lead person within the group or the syndicator, to whom Parade Ring access wristbands will be allocated on arrival.
Advance booking is essential for Owners and Syndicate Badges to enable us to ensure adequate facilities and arrangements are in place to support owners on the day. Please note that Owners’ badges can only be arranged by the owner; bookings will not be accepted by third parties on their behalf. In all instances we politely request that unused Owners badges are not passed on as this compromises a number of raceday arrangements.

This area is exclusively for Owners and Trainers and is located to the left as you enter the course. Those with Owners badges can redeem their complimentary meal vouchers here.
Owners can book a table at a discounted rate in our Silks Restaurant. The price will be the restaurant price minus the entrance badge price for that day. In order to book a space please contact us.
This will include a trophy, a winning photo and a USB stick with your race on it. Details for our course photographer can be found below should you wish to order any prints.
The winning Owner(s) will be invited to our podium for a presentation with the sponsors of the race before you watch your race replay whilst sipping a celebratory drink in the Pour La Victoire Suite.
