Brighton Racecourse is happy to be hosting its hugely popular Family Fun Day this September. It’s perfect for when you’re looking for things to do with the kids, as it packs in sporting action, child friendly entertainment and a bustling atmosphere everyone can enjoy. And kids go free too!
It can be hard to plan a fun filled family day out on a budget. Our family fun race days are there to help. With free entry for children aged 17 and under, free entertainment, and all the action of the races. There’s something for everyone, and it saves you some pennies. Make the most of the summer day, being out in the fresh air, letting the kids run some energy off and enjoy some sports.
All our entertainment for 2024 will be confirmed closer to the day. In previous years this has included: Funfair Face Painting Bouncy Castle Entertainers Land Zorbing Bumper Cars
Remember, kids go for free, and you don’t have to book them a ticket. Simply collect a child ticket from staff when you arrive for the day. Adults still require a ticket, and we have a selection of tickets and packages to suit whatever style of day you’d like. From general admission, to hospitality options if you don’t fancy sorting dinner for the night.

Group bookings can save:
10% when you purchase 4 tickets
12% when you purchase 6 tickets
15% when you purchase 10 ticket
20% when purchase 20 tickets!
And of course, you can also pick up tickets and concessions at the gate when you arrive if you prefer.
Children 17 and under go free to the races when accompanied by an adult (some exclusions apply for Festival fixtures and Live After Racing events). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.
Concessions discounts are only available on the day.
Great news! All booking/fulfilment fees have been removed for racedays and events in 2024. The price you see is the price you’ll pay at the checkout. All bookings are made in accordance with our terms and conditions of entry.
